‘Raising an Athlete’ is a workshop designed to help parents best support their young people in their sporting journey.
It is an opportunity to connect with fellow parents, reflect on our practices and debunk some common myths around sporting success.
We’ll be covering topics such as early specialisation, balanced health in sport, and development vs performance.
